Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless product arrived damaged. To be eligible for a replacement product, all security seal must be intact. 

Supplements: In the case of product delivered with a damaged container please notify us within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact customer support at help@mygoldenratio.com, provide a picture of the damaged product in the original container with seal unopened.

Apparel, Cups & Accessories: These products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns/exchanges as they are put into production once the order is placed.
